Terms of Service

By engaging Kova Studio for any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.
1. Services
Kova Studio provides creative and digital services including logo design, branding, web design, web and mobile app development, VFX video production, AI video production, AI voice over, social media content and print design. The specific scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins via a written quotation.
2. Payment Terms
- •A 50% advance payment is required before work begins on any project.
- •The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final files are delivered.
- •Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Payment details are provided on your invoice.
- •Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your quotation. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
4. Timelines & Delivery
Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and approval from the client. Delays caused by late client responses may affect the delivery date. Final files are delivered digitally via email or the client dashboard upon full payment.
5. Intellectual Property
- •Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final delivered work.
- •Kova Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- •All preliminary concepts and unused designs remain the property of Kova Studio.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- •Providing accurate project briefs, content and materials in a timely manner
- •Ensuring they have the right to use any content, images or trademarks provided to us
- •Providing timely feedback within agreed timeframes
7. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. If Kova Studio cancels a project for any reason, the advance payment will be refunded in full.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kova Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
